This policy covers GAIAÈ-made oils, balms, and scrubs. If something isn’t a fit, our 30-day money-back promise keeps it simple — no drama, just clarity.
What this guarantee means
Any eligible product (oils, balms, scrubs made by GAIAÈ) can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and safety seals (where applicable) intact.
Why we offer it
- Buying online should feel as safe as buying in person.
- We want you to experience texture, scent, and finish IRL.
- If it’s not a match, you shouldn’t be stuck with it.
Exclusions: For safety and quality reasons, crystal & glass products are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale, custom, or used items are also ineligible.

When is my refund processed?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method. Bank timing may add 3–10 business days.

From the day your tracking shows “Delivered.”
