Dim lights, play calm music, and take a few slow breaths. Set an intention for your practice.

Optional: place a towel beneath you and have a little carrier oil nearby.

Wash with mild soap and warm water before and after each use. Dry completely.

If using a drilled egg with string, use unflavoured, unwaxed string and replace each session.

Invite arousal and relaxation with breath and gentle movement. Add a little body-safe, unscented lube if desired.

• Lie back or take a low squat. Exhale and gently guide the egg inward.
• Start with Large if new; explore Medium/Small over time.
• If anything feels uncomfortable, stop and try again later.

• Begin with 10–20 minutes, a few times per week. Build gradually.
• Inhale: soften. Exhale: gently engage and release the pelvic floor.
• Stay present; tiny movements and sensation awareness are the goal.

Quality over duration. Stop if you feel any pain or pressure.

Relax fully. If drilled with string, gently pull on the exhale. If not, bear down softly to release.

Rinse the egg, dry, and store in a soft pouch.

• New? 2–3 light sessions per week is plenty.
• Avoid use during menstruation, pregnancy, or with active irritation/infection.
